General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mybaji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services provided at mybaji.app, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and all associated payment and account services.

By registering an account, accessing the mybaji platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the mybaji platform.

mybaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via their registered contact details or by prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of mybaji after any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in all cases. Any translation provided for convenience has no legal force.

Governing Jurisdiction

mybaji operates as an online betting and gaming platform intended for use by adults in Bangladesh. All disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law. mybaji does not make any specific claim regarding licensing by any Bangladeshi government body, and players are responsible for ensuring that online betting is permitted under the laws applicable to them in their specific location.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the mybaji platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active mybaji account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. mybaji enforces a strict 18+ policy across all products and services without exception.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a mybaji employee or contractor where such relationship would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously had a mybaji account suspended or permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether initiated by you on mybaji or through any other responsible gaming registry.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and are aware that gambling carries financial risk.

Age Verification

mybaji takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. All players are required to confirm during registration that they are 18 years of age or older. Additionally, identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is required before any withdrawal is approved. The KYC process requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document — such as a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport — showing the player's date of birth.

If mybaji has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended pending verification. Any funds deposited by a player subsequently found to be under 18 will be returned to the payment source used, minus any winnings, which will be forfeited.

Account Obligations

When you register a mybaji account, you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your name, date of birth, registered mobile number, and any other information required during registration or the KYC verification process. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one mybaji account only. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — including accounts registered to the same mobile number, same National ID, same device, or same IP address — is strictly prohibited. mybaji employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts in question will be suspended, and any balances or pending withdrawals may be voided at mybaji's sole discretion.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mybaji login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. mybaji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify mybaji immediately by contacting [email protected]. mybaji will temporarily freeze the account pending an investigation. You must not place any bets and must not make any deposits or withdrawal requests while a security investigation is ongoing.

Account Information Updates

If any of the information associated with your mybaji account changes — including your registered mobile number or contact details — you are required to update your account information promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may delay withdrawal processing or prevent mybaji from contacting you in connection with your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

mybaji supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency conversion is applied and no conversion fee is charged by mybaji.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket is ৳500.
• The minimum deposit via bank transfer or Visa/Mastercard is ৳1,000.
• mybaji does not charge a deposit processing fee. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside mybaji's control.
• Deposits are credited to your mybaji wallet within seconds for bKash and Nagad under normal conditions. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution.
• mybaji reserves the right to request evidence of the payment source for any deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in the deposit being reversed and the account being suspended.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be reversed.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals require successful completion of the KYC identity verification process. First-time withdrawers must submit a valid government-issued ID before their first withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within one hour during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours for verified accounts.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the mybaji account. mybaji will not process withdrawals to accounts held in a different name.
• mybaji reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts. This may extend processing time beyond the standard one-hour window.
• mybaji reserves the right to withhold or void any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, abuse of bonus terms, or breach of these Terms.

Betting Rules

mybaji's sportsbook covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other sports as available. All betting activity on mybaji is subject to the following rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed within the relevant betting interface.

Bet Acceptance

mybaji reserves the right to accept or decline any bet at its sole discretion, including after a bet has been placed, if mybaji determines that the bet was accepted in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a system fault. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's mybaji wallet.

Bets are only confirmed once a confirmation message is displayed and the bet slip is updated in your account. Until that confirmation is received, your bet has not been accepted. mybaji is not responsible for bets that were not confirmed due to connectivity issues on the player's end.

Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on mybaji are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds at which your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your bet — not any odds that may have been displayed at an earlier point during your betting session. mybaji offers decimal odds as the default format for all markets.

Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are available for selected cricket matches and other sports events. In-play odds fluctuate rapidly in response to match events. mybaji may suspend or close any in-play market at any time for operational or integrity reasons. Any bets placed on a market before it is suspended or closed remain valid unless the market is voided due to a technical error.

Voided Bets

mybaji may void any bet, in whole or in part, in the following circumstances:

• The bet was accepted at manifestly incorrect odds due to a pricing error.
• The underlying event was abandoned, postponed, or materially altered after the bet was placed, and the relevant sport-specific rules provide for voiding in such circumstances.
• mybaji has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed as part of a coordinated effort to exploit a system error or market vulnerability.
• The player's account is found to have been in breach of these Terms at the time the bet was placed.

Maximum Winnings

mybaji reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per event. Where a maximum payout limit applies, it will be displayed within the relevant betting market or communicated to the player prior to bet confirmation. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be capped at the maximum payout amount.

Bonus Terms

mybaji offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by mybaji are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering multiple will be stated clearly in the promotion terms displayed at the time the bonus is offered. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of ৳30,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.
• Only bets placed with real-money funds count towards wagering requirements unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Certain game categories — including some live casino tables and high-RTP slots — may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) towards wagering requirements. Contribution rates are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• mybaji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if there is evidence that the bonus was claimed fraudulently, through multiple accounts, or in breach of these Terms.

One Bonus at a Time

Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited. Players are advised to complete or opt out of any active bonus before claiming a new promotion.

Bonus Abuse

mybaji actively monitors betting patterns to detect bonus abuse, including strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure (such as hedging bets across markets). Where bonus abuse is detected, mybaji reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and suspend the player's account pending further review.

Account Suspension & Closure

mybaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• The player has opened or attempted to open more than one mybaji account.
• The player is found to have engaged in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct in connection with their mybaji account.
• The player has abused a promotion or bonus in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational betting.
• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• mybaji is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a lawful order from a competent authority.
• The player has requested a self-exclusion under mybaji's Responsible Gaming policy.

Player-Initiated Account Closure

Players who wish to close their mybaji account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any active bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to completion of KYC verification if not already completed.

Consequences of Account Closure for Breach

Where a mybaji account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account — including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending winnings — may be forfeited at mybaji's sole discretion. mybaji will not be liable to the player for any losses arising from account closure where that closure is a consequence of the player's own breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

mybaji provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While mybaji makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is available, fast, and free from errors, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond mybaji's control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.

Exclusion of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mybaji shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, data, or opportunity arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or connectivity issues.
• Any financial loss suffered as a result of betting decisions made by the player.
• Any unauthorised access to the player's account resulting from the player's failure to protect their login credentials.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by the player's payment provider.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the mybaji platform.

Force Majeure

mybaji shall not be held in breach of these Terms or liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond mybaji's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, internet infrastructure failures, power outages, cyberattacks, or any other event that could not have been reasonably prevented.

Intellectual Property

All content on the mybaji platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, written content, and design elements — is the property of mybaji or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any mybaji content without prior written consent from mybaji.
